"

It went well.  It look maybe a day longer than the initial quoted timeframe.  The crawlspace was old (1940 home) and it was full of junk, debris, etc.   They cleaned it very well and it looked great.   Floor was repaired using high quality design/material, and new beam made a big difference.

They accepted payments 50% and 50% via check and credit card.   Eddie was professional and his team took care of business.   The price was in the middle of some other quotes I received but he was able to meet my short term timeline.

"I was impressed from the very first phone call with them. The office staff was knowledgeable and professional. They sent out someone to give an estimate within a day or so. That person was also knowledgeable and gave me options on how to approach the repair work, which i compared to another company that gave an estimate. I ended up liking the solutions better from JMR so I hired them.

The person they sent out was very customer-service oriented. He looked at what needed to be done and offered yet another solution that was over and above the ones I was given from the estimator. He showed me pictures and I really liked his solution. We had some rainy weather and he worked the best he could in between the rain. They were very agreeable, kept me in touch the whole time and completed the work as we agreed and I am completely satisfied. Sometimes you call a competent contractor that is the sole person who answers phones, does the work, etc. and say that they'll call you when they can since they're always on the job...This company has a full staff which makes the whole process very efficient. Their website is very informative and when they include a lot of helpful information in their estimates. This company seems to be very established and really knows what they're doing."

"Repaired drywall crack and painted ceiling. Great communication, provided photos, written estimate and honored initial estimate even though scope of work was much more than expected. Highly recommended."

"I had a great experience with this company, the work was done quickly, efficiently, and properly. Both employees were very friendly and I felt comfortable with them in my home. I look forward to using this service again when I need an extra hand with home projects."

"The company was great from beginning to end. With my house under contract to sell, they quickly reassured me and completed a major job quickly & cleanly."

"The repairs went very well. Two gentlemen came on time, had the knowledge and checked with me when changes needed to be made that affected price."

"It was a wonderful experience. I had never used services like this before but Shari and Saul were patient and kind as I went over my dreams to change my home. Shari showed me brilliant and beautiful work that Saul quickly and proficiently fulfilled. They are definitely worth the time and effort they give!"

"Problems from the get go over paint. They wanted to upcharge for more expensive paint. The painters claimed that the color I chose did not come in Duracraft, only the Superpaint. I called Sherwin Williams and they told me otherwise. Painters were a bit messy. When they were just about finished, they surprised me with a reminder that my price was changing because they had to do two coats. I never saw them do two coats. They told me they did it real quick with the sprayer. I always thought two coats meant first coat dries, then second coat. Apparently not. It was an instant two coats. I did not pay for the second coat after a small argument between the head painter, the manager in the office, and myself. I also was not left with any extra of that paint color, and the painters were very half fast from that point on. They wouldn't even do one little spot of trim for me that didn't look right. Told me it would be extra. They left large paint scrapings from my deck all over the yard. Also, the expected language barrier didn't help either. Their is also a special on their website that states you get a free pressure wash of the driveway with a complete exterior paint. That never happened, my driveway was too big for them."
