The entire process took just over a month to go from a completely unfinished basement to a brand new, beautiful, rec room, office, and 3/4 bathroom. Mike even dealt with all the curve balls we threw him along the way, switching colors midway through painting, adding an additional cabinet here. He is the kind of contractor you dream of. He's hands-on, there first thing every morning doing so much of the work himself! And the coordination with all the subcontractors was amazing. Everyone knew when and where to be and what exactly needed to get done. To top it all off, he came in right on budget as quoted (which was very fair). Mike's brother Adam was also key in the build, working hard with Mike or on his own."

"I hired Patrick for a kitchen remodel. I needed the existing cabinets, sink, countertop, and tile removed. The space prepared for a new sink cabinet and a new wall cabinet to replace the existing cabinets. I first met Patrick and knew that I would like working with him. His estimate came in, and that sealed it. Patrick did an amazing job!!! He installed the new cabinets, countertop, some tile work, lighting, some new outlets and a new sink and garbage disposal. He did an amazing job on all of it!!! A great job on the electrical, plumbing, tile, framing in the wall for the new cabinet and replacing the existing sink cabinet, drywall, and preparing the new walls for final paint for me. Patrick had really great suggestions on materials and things that just made sense as we went along. He also was really open to my suggestions and changes as the project progressed. Not only is he a great contractor and amazing at what he does, he's a really kind person. It was a pleasure to have Patrick in my home for the project, and we had many great conversations and he is just a really good person. The project came in on time and UNDER budget! Well, a little over the original budget, but that was my fault because I added things like a garbage disposal, extra outlets, tile work, etc... But definitely under budget for all the work he did. I would hire Patrick again, for sure. I wish I could upload photos of my before and after. Great work Patrick!! Oh, and during COVID times, Patrick always had a mask on while working and I appreciate that."

"Andy did a complete kitchen remodel, including knocking out a wall and converting it to a peninsula open to the dining room. We hired A H Remodeling to do a bathroom remodel a couple years ago and were happy to hire them again for the kitchen. Everything went very well. The work was completed on schedule and the final cost came in right around what we expected, very close to the estimate plus some small things we decided to add during the project. Andy is very responsive. He always responds very quickly to phone calls or emails and finds a way to help or fix any snags or concerns. Our kitchen is beautiful and we love it!! Thanks!"

"Dallman Plumbing was an integral part of our project team.  Dallman Plumbing was involved from the Design Phase through completion.  Mike Dallman completely understood our design intent and suggested ways to make it work.  He worked well with our other trades and was on time with every aspect of the work.  His work was very professional. He was polite, willing to make suggestions and let his work area very clean.  We found a plumbing break in the existing construction and he was able to fix it with very little disruption.  Although his contract was through the General Contractor, I believe his fees were very fair and we received a tremendous value from his services.  We highly recommend Dallman Plumbing and have recommended his services to others in the area. <br />"

"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"WOW! First, I'm fussy when contractors don't show up on time. Tom and Crew showed up on time (actually I saw one of his crew parked outside way before the meet deadline on day one). Considering the job, I was expecting it to take a lot longer based on previous quotes. 4 days!!! Not only is the quality great but the crew cleaned up each night so I can have a life. Today, last day, got home to a whole new house. Plus the clean up was better than I left it. Floors vacuumed and counters wiped off. I would recommend Tom again. I'm very pleased."
