He was very familiar with houses and topography in our neighborhood off West End Avenue in Nashville. He was in particular keenly aware of the eccentricities of our 1928 Tudor home. "It went great. I had bought the part for $150 and they installed it for me in 45 minutes, plus their $65 charge for getting here and another $35 part (gas hose), totaled $200. They charge in 15 minute increments. For comparison, Hiller does it by the job and they visited and said it would cost $700 to fix, even though they said the part was around $250, it would take 30-45 minutes to fix, and that labor was around $200/hr, which should have then amounted to around $450. Still, they said it was $700. Anyway, with Fix-it-all it cost me $400 total in the end, $300 less than Hiller. Kevin, the owner, was very pleasant. Thank you!"
