"My old concrete was broken and I wanted to replace most but not all . Mr. Norman Sperling submitted the best quote and I hired him. He came and finished the job in one day but he did not replace all the areas that we agreed on . Only about 2/3 . He insisted that he told me in advance . I honestly don't recall this and it was my mistake that the work order did not spell in details . Mr. Sperling seems such a nice guy that I did trust him and he kept repeating that he stands behind his job. My advice for any one hiring Mr. Sperling to be extra careful and does not buy his charm. I am not sure about the quality of his work but it looks fair so far. So his low estimate was not really lower , it was just he did less work of what I thought he should do."
