"I foun this company through Angi (formerly Angiâ s List). They arrived within 45 minutes after first the contact. Both, Brad and Alex were extremely friendly and courteous. They worked well together as a team. We were quoted a ridiculous amount in the thousands by another company. Zoom came in and got to work. The issue with the backed up shower drain was resolved within an hour or so. I like that they started working the issue and not make an assessment just by looking and saying what they think is causing the problem, then quote an insane amount to fix it. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
