"Explained everything to me, several times as I kept asking questions. Very professional, polite, thorough. Cleaned up everything and left our home as they found it, everything in proper place."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Ronald was willing to come out , assess and replace the unit the same day."

"It went excellent. Came out within an hour of the call and was quick and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell me anything just did the job that was needed! 10/10 recommend."

"He is the best, wonderful and very professional. I got a better deal with anybody in my area ."

"Air Serve checked my air conditioner unit and immediately identified the problem. The service technician ordered the part and returned to install the part in a timely manner. The office notified me of the time of his arrival. The technician repaired my unit and explained the repair to my satisfaction. The charges were as quoted and I would recommend Air Serve of Desoto County."
