"I had a great experience with The Water Line Group LLC for our main water line replacement. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They explained the work clearly, communicated well, and handled the replacement efficiently. I really appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Replacing a main water line can be stressful, but they made the process much easier. I’m very pleased with their service and would highly recommend The Water Line Group LLC to anyone needing water line repair or replacement. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!"

"Kap from Joseph Plumbing and Drain was great. I requested a quote Saturday morning and they came out within a few hours. We scheduled the work for Friday and they arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did excellent work installing my new main water shut-off valve. Highly recommend."

"Rema was fantastic. It was a tricky job replacing a water heater tank in a cramped space, and Rema both helped guide us to the right approach plus handled the install and removal of the old unit flawlessly. We'll hire Remedy again for future projects!"

"Called the main number and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and easy to work with. Was looking to have a 50 gallon hot water heater installed, 2 drains snaked and a new faucet installed. She booked my appt for the next day. Zam came to the house to provide us the quote and even offered to do half the job then and come back in a few days to do the hot water heater. He was incredibly professional and did a great job on all the work. I highly recommend them and will call them again."

"Fine. I was very pleased from start to finish at its different stages: clarified probable problem; inquiry about vaccination status; alert to me that the HVAC professional was on his way; greeting/introduction at the door; person was masked up & then put on booties over his shoes upon entering my residence; confirmed problem and solution; explained it to me in great detail (since I always have a LOT of questions); secured my additional fees (on-line w/receipt); ordered parts, which arrived QUICKLY; rescheduled a return-repair; fixed my water heater. ALA...I have hot water again. Easy-peezy. So grateful. In the end, we always pay for a trusted service provider. Dispatch person (one of the co-owners, Lori, was particularly empathetic to my situation as a person on a fixed income. Defininitely recommend to others."

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"We had our water line replaced for $5,500, and the entire job was completed in just one day. Dwayne provided excellent service throughout the process"

"I delayed having my beautiful lawn ripped up until after the growing season in order to replace my 73 year old water service line. After Doug McLendon came by for the estimate he assured me that when they completed the work I would hardly notice where they dug, which I was delighted to discover was accurate. During the estimate Doug suggested that they run the water service line diagonally under my lawn, so that it entered my basement in the laundry room where all the rest of the plumbing was and not 30 feet away on the other side of the basement, Doug and his team (Rafael, Garrett and Chad) arrived at 8 am sharp and by 9:30 am the horizonal drill head penetrated the cinderblock wall behind my washing machine. Over the next few hours they tied in this service line with the rest of the house plumbing and enabled me to use my plumbing until they returned the next morning for the WSSC inspection and backfill. Rafael, Garrett and Chad were polite, communicative and very hard working. Although the cost is somewhat high, I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Trenchless if you need to replace a water service or sewer line, but do not want to wait a few years for your lawn to grow back in,"
