"Pretty well. The rugs look A LOT better, and the tile and grout is noticeably cleaner and lighter in color. However, the corners and edges of the tile were not completely clean (presumably because their machine can't get into tight spaces). After they left, I cleaned those parts myself using an old toothbrush and various cleaning solutions. I also had to remove the paint splatter myself using "Goof Off". But overall, I am happy with the job because the floors were SO dirty before they came and they were SO much cleaner after they left. No one ever cleans my floors as well as I do, but it would have taken me FOREVER to achieve what they did with their professional equipment."

"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. "They did a great job, however I agree that his responsiveness is lacking and he is very difficult to get ahold of. I know a few people who had negative experiences but for the price and his quality, I think he is worth it. Moreover, he painted my whole living room by himself in just 4 hours with 2 coats of paint and it came out great. You should know, when they mention 8' of wall, they count it from the ground up and not from the molding up. I was charged an extra $120 for an additional 4" of wall space which was not painted since it was covered by the molding. No big deal, but just be aware."

"Brian re-grouted a shower stall and our kids' bathroom. He also fixed up some other missing grout in our master bath. He did a very good job in one section where I think he took off the tile and re-seated it. It took him most of the day and it came out good"

"Bob came to inspect the floor before the job was to be done to make sure the wood floor could be done by this method. The wood floor was messed up where I had a wheeled desk chair.  Bob said it wouldn't be perfect but much better when the job was done which it was.  They were very accommodating as to when I would be available for them to come. After the floor was done I asked him about my bathroom floor tile grout.  Bob said he would do it as a courtesy but would have to come back which he did.  The tile floor grout  looked like it did when it was first installed.
