"Water heater was efficiently installed, and they were pleasant to do business with. Would hire them again."

"I had countertops replaced in two kitchens; the plumbing was disconnected leaving me with no water. I needed two faucets and two garbage disposals installed during a long holiday weekend. Stan of Bay City cdrove 50 miles on a Saturday evening so I could have water. He anticipated and arrived well prepared for the task.He was courteous and respectful in this COVID-19 environment. The service was outstanding! I have placed Bay City Plumbing on my list of future service providers. Bay City Plumbing is a five stars company!"

"Stan is truly first rate!!! I had shoulder surgery and 3 days later my hot water heater went bad. Stan went above the call of duty and had us back up with hot water within hours of my call. His rates are very fair and he was genuinely concerned about our well being. Not only is Stan a credit to his profession, but he is truly a gentleman. Thanks again Stan."

"Very friendly and professional! Job very well done. My water heater was nearly 17 years old and yesterday I had a leak and Mr Stan and Mr Phillip came promptly and helped me get the water heater of my choosing and installed in what seemed like no time. Very happy customer."

"It went terrific, I was kinda nervous at first because my house is very old and my water heater was in very bad shape. The guys came in and did a wonderful job. Couldn’t even tell they were there and only charged me 850 dollars. They cleaned up all messes made by installation and even looked at my kitchen sink for me to see why I was getting bad pressure. 10/10 would reccomend."

"Repeat customers! Last week we had Andy and Brian over to install a tankless water heater and a filtration system. Our water heater exploded and we were so happy with the septic service they did, we brought them back. Now today they are here replacing ALL the pipes under our house. We couldn't be happier with their approach, honesty and hard work ethic. Next up will be two bathroom remodels. Andy and Brian are basically family now!"

"Water connector tightened. 20 yrs ago I would have done it myself. Oh well, not 20 yrs ago. Pete kept me in the loop about arrival and was on time. Was very cordial went to work, identified problem, gave me price fixed leak and was on his way. Good job"

"I was impressed with Havard's promptness and courtesy. He gave us a reasonable estimate for the water heater and was knowledgeable and professional. He also fixed the toilet problem while he was here, and I was so grateful for that!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
