"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Our H VAC system died out on our family on a Sunday and Corbitt Air had a new system installed by the following Wednesday, very quick service. We did have some issues with a faulty thermostat, however this company moved Heaven and Earth to make it right. These guys will fight though any adversity to make sure their customers get a First rate project. People/Customers wont find a company that will go the extra distance like this outfit. "Summary: Hire them - period! This review has 2 parts: 1) Diagnosis of existing system by Phil, the owner and 2) Removal of old / existing system and installation of new system led by Danny, the lead installer of the FOUR! (4) men on our job. 1). DIAGNOSIS of "Old" System My wife and I bought a townhouse in Greenville and I knew (per the inspection) that the old system was "shot". Consulted seller's realtor for an HVAC Company recommendation as well as Angies List, where I saw the reviews for Energy Sharks. Submitted online contact form and had a call by the owner Phil within the hour. Set up the appointment THE NEXT DAY to inspect existing system. I was not able to be onsite but Phil checked it out and then spent time to explain the issues with the current system, and educated me in PLAIN ENGLISH why the system he recommended, along with the addition of an additional return to help supply the necessary airflow, was what would be needed to provide the level of comfort which we desired. Price was competitive and definitely less than Realtor's referral, who didn't even mention the return / airflow problem. Bottom line, Phil did his job and gave me a quote that I thought was fair (and thousands less than the other quote)... 2). REMOVAL of old system and INSTALLATION of new system. The crew of FOUR (4) MEN arrived at 7:15am and immediately got to work. They put in drop cloths everywhere they would be working and went about their work in a steady manner. A HUGE shout out to Danny, the lead installer. ASK FOR HIM on your job! He kept me constantly apprised of what was going on, where there were some holes in the ceiling that pre-existed, where the new return could be and should be, etc. Can't tell you how competent the entire team was. Each of the men did their part and they worked very efficiently. Less than 4 hours later, they were done. Got a quick tutorial and they were on their way. Summary: Prompt service, fair pricing and excellent communication means I am pleased to refer them - without reservation. Great job Energy Sharks! A+"

"The serviceman was prompt, professional and well mannered.  He offered lots of added advice and suggestions to keep the cost down although he did sell me a high-end cap solution for my fireplace - which is probably more than I needed but he installed it right away and did a great job.  I am pleased with the service and I would use them again.  I bought the chimney sweeping services as an "Angie's List Weekly Deal" and the company was overloaded when I tried to schedule an appointment.  I had to wait about 45 days before I could get on the calendar which I think is too long.  However, everything beyond that was great."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
