"Was disappointed that plumber did not arrive as scheduled and when I called an hour later was informed he was running late & was rescheduled for next day. They advertise that they will pay when late, but was not offered to me! Also not happy that their invoice contains "suggestions for other services" that I have no interest in considering and would NOT consider them if I needed in the future. Gary was a hard worker, friendly and courteous, did a very quality job on the repair. Poor communication on the part of the office staff!"

"Figured out that there was actually a clog, but the slope of the pipe from the toilet to the sewer main is almost non-existent. Regardless, everything is working great. He arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable.

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
