"The customer service was above par. They were out the same day and had our central heat unit fixed in under 2 hours."

"I was extremely pleased with the service I received from American Appliance Repair. Thomas was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them."

"I did have Davis & Son repair my Heating system and they did a very good job. When I called to have them install a gas line (about 10 feet), they were going to get back to me with a quote and timeline. That was a month ago - nothing. I called and had another firm complete the work in 3 hours. Disappointed that they never called back."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I received a quote for a new central AC and will hire this company when we need a new system."

"The service was awesome! The technicians Donnie and Jason were friendly and professional. They replaced my furnace and brought my ventilation up to code."

"They did a good work, very professional and knowledgeable. They were one of the best service providers, they gave me the best price and the quality of their work is outstanding. This is the 4rth time that I used their service."
