"They answered immediately after I purchased the Angie's Deal. Set up a time to visit & showed up when he said. He looked at the toilet and used a tool to chip away some calcium/lime build up. I assumed they'd up sell on arrival. Nothing of the sort occurred. He chipped away the buildup and it immediately improved the drain flow. He did say he had never seen the toilet fill valve set up in the tank. I purchased it from Lowe's and figured it was standard nowadays. Overall great service & very timely.
