As promised, we were contacted within fifteen minutes by dispatch and informed that a technician was already in our area for a morning job and could come in the afternoon if convenient to us. Again as promised, we received a call in the early afternoon to let us know that the technician was available and on the way. Our technician, Remo, was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation, clearly communicated his repair plan with pricing and navigated around our pedestal sink in making the repair (tight space). In addition, he showed us that our drain pipe was clogged and clearly communicated the pricing to snake it. Along the way, he gave us a couple of improvements that we may want to consider in the future to reduce wear and tear on our pipes, but no pressure or upselling. Expert results with very little inconvenience and we are very satisfied customers. I gave a B on pricing just because in general it is hard for us consumers to really know a reasonable market range for plumbing services. We do plan to contact Jiffy in the future."
