Sales rep Jonathan, met with me on a Saturday & I ordered new system. installation was performed on Monday. Installers Ray & Nick were very neat, polite, & answered all questions. "It was the day after the hottest day of the year so far so I expected to have trouble getting help. The office was very helpful in arranging an emergency call because without it we would have been without A/C until well into next week. JP called us shortly after our initial call and arrived when he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem and made the repairs as well as checking the levels of the refrigerant, which were pretty close to normal for both of our units. My only objection was the high standard cost of the repair of the panel on the unit. For the amount of time and the materials used, I thought it was much too high for the short time the repair took. I was happy to pay the additional amount for the emergency service, but the actual repair cost was high. For that reason alone, I would have to think about it before using them again."

"We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! They are professional and honest people to hire and they carry all the relevant licenses as well."
