"Upon arriving on time Bryon introduced himself to me and gave me his business cards then ask me what could he do for me? Let me start off by saying that there aren't to many service technicians or repairmen that will explain to you what they are doing without making you feel that you are interrupting their work. Bryon provided me with an estimate that included all my discounts prior to making any repairs, after the installation/repair he cleaned up the area and hauled off all old electrical wiring and cables. My wife and I were very pleased with his service and will continue to use Mr. Electric in the near future! Thank you Mr. Electric!"

"We talked on phone first to help him diagnose the problem. He then checked back in with me. He is very knowledgeable in all things electric. He helped us out at the drop of s dime. He was very fast. Fixed our problems. We do have to have more electrical work done. He is our electrician for all things. He knew exactly what the problem was. Alan Came very fast & fixed it. "Reached out to Chris with an interesting electrical situation. I wanted an expert to assess ceiling lighting in a space and I was under a time restraint to complete the work. I knew the work was going to be a challenge due to the dated wiring in the space but was not sure to what extent as visually the job looked easy. Even though Chris and his team were extremely busy, he understood the urgency and took the time to fit the job in. He arrived with 2 of his other electricians to look over the space. They had a positive upbeat disposition even though it was pouring rain outside. What seemed like an easy light replacement turned out to require more labor then anticipated. He completed the job as quickly as he could and with great expertise! Chris, along side Milan and Logan were truly amazing! They not only changed the lighting as contracted, but took the work to the highest level of service by ensuring it was completed properly. They troubleshooted difficult issues as they became evident and instead of dismissing them as out of scope, they took the time to correct them. It is hard now a days to find contractors that will go above and beyond to ensure their client is happy and Chris is that contractor! I appreciate all the time Chris, Logan and Milan took to be sure the job was not only complete but properly executed. Chris and his team are awesome!"

"the work was started a few days after the contract was agreed too and signed. Work progressed fairly rapidly until we got into a period of wet weather which slowed the work down but persistence paid off and it was finally completed about on the schedule if you consider the rain days. <br /> The work looked good, the doors were installed perfectly, the old electrical cover plates were replaced.  We particularly like the way the outdoor lights, outlet, power meter etc. were mounted to the house and trimmed out.    <br /> overall we were very happy with the work and will use American Home Improvements and Remodeling again.  <br />"

"I called Kreiser Electric on an early Saturday morning. Two outlets which are linked to a wall switch were not functioning. The owner (Chris) said he could rework his schedule and be there within approximately 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad switch) and then informed me that he would need to purchase one (did not have the type he needed on his truck). After a quick trip to Ace Hardware, he returned and completed the repair. The time to complete the repair from my initial call to completion was less than two hours. The price was very fair and he was very pleasant to deal with and professional."

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. "I had two repair orders. The technician for the freezer repair came within a few days and was excellent. He came prepared with parts and conducted the installation in record time, cleaned the place and was very polite and courteous. The firm/technical for the second repair related to a plumbing problem could not come for 10 days because there were too many jobs before mine. This is the second time that CHOICE Home Warranty has disappointed me with a plumbing request which they should know cannot usually wait for 10 days. I had to cancel the request and pay an outsider to do the job. As I see it, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY is not well suited for plumbing-related requests."
