Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
