"It went well. The guys who installed the water heater were very professional and answered my questions."

"Fantastic service. Was able to order part for a water heater under warranty at no cost, paid only for the visit and diagnosis. Quick, efficient, affordable. Will call them again."

"The job cost a little more than anticipated, but that was because the WATER HEATER was 20 years old and had to upgrade to a 40 gallon rider than a 30 gallon. Electrical and source lines were run properly and brought up the code. Very pleased with their service and their follow up. Communication was great."

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."

"I would recommend Andrey to anyone who is in need of replacing their water heater or any other plumbing work. He is very professional and knowledgable and works for a very fair price. He gave me great tips on how to maintain my new water heater and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. Thank you!"

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"Great service. Fast and affordable."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"The water heater started to leak much worse on Sunday. He called on Sunday and was able to come early Monday morning. He took me to Menards to pick out the water heater and brought it home in his truck. He installed it quickly and removed theold one."
