Uzi is responsive and easy to contact at any time. The cost was competitive and any requested modifications were reasonable. Our only delay involved the project plans for the building permit submittal. Be advised that a project of this scope involves detailed professionally produced plans being drawn up. This is not a DIY option. Plan for this cost and permitting fees in your budget separately from the construction quote. We would highly recommend American Services. It was a pleasure working with Uzi and his crew."

"Randy was great at communicating with us, showing up on time for scheduled appointments, cleaning up after his crew and he did everything he promised with superb professionalism.
The 3 art niches in our home didn't match our decor so we wanted them removed to hang family photos and artwork in those areas. Similarly to the art niche work, we also had a 2nd level balcony that overlooked the den we felt was unsafe for our children so we wanted it filled in, also. Randy and his team installed the framing and drywall perfectly and the areas now match the rest of the walls seamlessly. 
Randy also moved 2 power outlets, 2 cable outlets and 1 telephone outlet for us for a better location of our TV, Phone and Internet connections. Those jobs were also done with great professionalism.
I admire Randy and his team's craftsmanship and Randy himself is an all around great guy! Several friends have come by the house since his work and commented that they would never know those areas used to be different and love the work Randy and his team did.

"Mike and group did a great job on my 20x30 extension to my garage. Canâ t tell it is an add on."

"We contracted Greg Pappas, Pappas Enterprises LLC to resurface/rebuild our very large (approximately 1200 Sq Ft) elevated deck. The scope of work included removing/replacing existing wooden decking material, handrails, and three sets of stairs and stair rails as well as 3 gates. The project scope was broadened shortly afterwards to include replacing 3 of 15 support posts, as well as the deck joists supporting the lower level of the deck. Greg and Jeremy preformed the work completely, exceeding our expectations; which is probably because they both believe in placing QUALITY before QUANTITY as it relates to their work. The jobsite was well maintained throughout the process, to include cleaning up the area daily; saw cuts were tightly fitted to each other. The obvious question is would we hire Pappas Enterprises again? The answer is YES and without hesitation. If we could give them a 'SOX STAR RATINGS', I would. That said, they've fully earned a 5 Star rating. Call them, you WON'T be disappointed."
