Their estimate/pricing was very fair and there were no surprises with additional charges when they completed the work. They completely replumbed our home, added a water line for the fridge, replaced a water heater and did some work on our hose bibs. Anthony and his team were professional, on time (even a bit early!), and efficient. They were very respectful of our home and very kind. "It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday!
