"Ordered a new water heater through them. They were very nice at first, then when they came to install the new water heater they told me they "had to come back to get my old water tank" because their truck was full. I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. They do not care about their customers and don't keep their word. DO NOT hire these guys. Now I have to dispose of this myself."

"Having a plumbing problem, especially a complex one, is never a good experience However, Dakota and Josh with Knight & Day plumbing made it as pleasant an experience as possible.
