We had some stones missing before their repair and they took the time to select fieldstones that would fit in the empty spaces. They took the time to hand select similar sized stones. On July 17th, he said he would start work on July 21st, but we never received any paperwork to sign. He even mentioned, ?I know I?m terrible at paperwork.? While working in our home, he locked our dogs outside and allowed his dog free range of the house. His dog had an accident on our white area rug, which we only discovered through our home cameras. The kitchen was completed in mid-September, and we signed off with a contingency. Nine cabinet doors did not meet our expectations due to cracks or poor assembly, and we requested replacements. On October 23rd, we followed up to ask if the cabinets had been ordered but received no response. I reached out again recently and feel we are being avoided. The quality of the finished work was good, but the lack of communication and professionalism made the experience frustrating."

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

"Bob did a great job. Everything was nice and neat. Only small problem we had with him is the promise to be out to do the repair the following week, but heard nothing all week. We called him the following Monday and he explained that he had lost an employee and that he was very busy. Bob said he would be there on Friday in the afternoon. He did come late Friday afternoon and did the repair even continuing when it started raining. We are very pleased with Bob's Complete Construction."
