"I am pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and competence of this company. I had a difficult time finding good contractors in Sarasota and Randy Mask exceeded my expectations. The technician/supervisor Roland first came and looked at the job and did not charge me for it. Later in the week, he came at the time he said he would, completed the job very quickly and neatly. Another nice surprise was that Roland did not talk down to me as I am a middle aged woman. He clearly explained where and why he was installing the valve and the shut off. We tested it before he left and it works perfectly. The price was very reasonable. "From the initial phone call to the office to the completion of the installation of my new heat pump, Ten Plus Service, was courteous, knowledgeable ( I couldn't get over how much Judy, the office manager knew - more than many repair people who have come to my home previously) and efficient.  Not only did they not waste my time, but more importantly they didn't waste my money. <br /> They could have easily pushed for the repairs, so that it was done with them.  Instead they advised me what the best course to take would be, and they had no guarantees I would purchase the heat pump from them. <br /> <br /> While they were on site, they also noticed my Navigator wasn't working correctly, and told me what the problem probably was, but as their rates were higher than many of the local pool stores, it would make more sense for me to take the cleaner locally for repairs, instead of paying them to fix it. <br /> <br /> I did learn an important lesson from them -- in the future when I am going to buy an appliance or an automobile, I am going to ask the service department which units/cars they have performed the most repairs performed on, so I can be aware of potential future problems BEFORE I make the purchase.  The sales department or the local store is not who is going to be honest about failures (if they in fact are aware of them), they just want the sale/comission.  I had actually never realized this before how valuable the service techs are -- thanks Paul and Dexter of Ten Plus Service. <br />"

We also told them about the paint job and with papers in hand, showed them what we need done. Their estimate was 800.00 less than Bill Currie and they worked magic on the car. "These guys are pros. After several years of dealing with roots plugging up the pipes under the floors, called these guys. I wish I would have used them when problems first arose. Live and learn. They jetted, and suggested relining the pipes without tearing up the floors (which other plumbers had recommended). Went with the relining option, and while not cheap, was way cheaper than tearing up the floors. After researching pipe relining, and finding good and bad experiences, came to the conclusion it is a great option - but only if the plumbers are experienced at this, and know what they are doing.
