"Great! The work was done last November and I chose to wait a couple months to see if the fix would last over time. It did! They also had another drainage issue that I was unaware of. Fixed that too at no extra charge. I had 3 estimates. I picked Falcone because their solution made the most sense to me...and they had the lowest cost estimate. Great people to work with. They installed a french drain,a sump pump, and reran gutter downspouts."

"This is the second time I have used MA Design and Construction for a project in my house. Both times were great. For the most recent job, they framed up a partially finished basement, added carpet, leveled the ceiling, added a door and electrical outlets and insulated and painted the walls. "We discovered mold around our vents inside of the house and called to have an inspection of our system. Eddie Geyer came to our home and was very professional (and polite) from the beginning to the end. "Supervisor and 5 man crew arrived at approx. 8-8:30 AM and immediately began work although it was raining. They off-loaded all equipment to install and tools to accomplish the job.  Supervisor gave a few words of direction and the workers had only a few questions before beginning work...Although 2 days was scheduled to complete the work, with the 5 member crew and 'hands-on' supervisor, they were able to complete all work in one day.  Everything appears to function as contracted and we are pleased with the work accomplished.
