There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself. I ultimately chose the heat pump and appreciate that Jeremy gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. His crew was fantastic, friendly, professional, and thorough. They removed the old system and completed prep work on day one, then finished the install on day two and walked me through everything. Great communication, great pricing, great workmanship. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
