"The guys were great! They found the problem and were able to fix it in a cou[le of hours, which included some digging in the cold. It was a tricky situation involving roots and the drain to the septic. They spliced in a new piece of pipe, cut the root and we were good to go. Very reasonable and very nice gentlemen. I definitely would recommend them, and would use them again should I have another problem."

"After doing an absolute ton of research and getting multiple estimates, American Home Improvements & Remodeling won our business for an interior paint job. Michael’s estimate was right in line with everybody else, but the piece that differentiated him from everybody else was his quick response to all our questions and willingness to take on other additional small projects we need done.  The project was a large job with over 13 different room colors.  Michael’s crew was great to work with and very professional."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

"He did not charge me. He was not very personable when I called him. I felt like I was a nuisance. He had one word answers and in my location, there was no cell phone services. I asked him to meet me and I gave him the locations. He waited for me at the bridge. I tried to get cell phone network but he did not communicate well and I did not get a good impression from him. His pricing was not clear and he kept saying depending on what I want. He was veg. He would not give me details."

"I called Don at A-1 Appalachian Pumping on Friday afternoon, and he was at my house on Tuesday morning to check and pump my septic tank. He was very professional and his assistant, Donald was as well. They took about a half hour total to pump my tank and replace the filter. They had no difficulty locating the tank and the work was completed efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
