They did an amazing job rebuilding it. It looks better than it ever did. Also they helped me deal with the insurance company which saved me a major headache. "We consider ourselves fortunate to have found this company since after a big storm it can be difficult to even get anybody to come out and give you an estimate. Mike returned our calls promptly, showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job for a fair price and on top of all that is a nice guy. What more could one ask for in a contractor? Just 3 days after the new roof was completed an even bigger hurricane (Matthew) hit. A few shingles on the northeast side that had not yet had a chance to fully cure in the heat of the sun were blown off but Mike came right out and took care of it. We definitely will use American Home Improvement and Remodeling again and in fact have already scheduled some deck repair for this spring."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"This husband and wife team is first rate. We had a banking issue at the start of our project. They could have easily said it wasn't their responsibility to help me retrieve the money, but they didn't. They created a loyal customer as a result. And the work quality was second to none. I got quotes from two other providers but theirs was the best in terms of scope definition and price. The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business. And David works 7 days a week. If he makes a project commitment, he keeps it. They are delightful people who I am looking forward to working with again."
