Mark told me that the crawlspace was Not flooded, and it would be better to have a handyman come in to put up the insulation, because it is a small job and this would save money. I called an insulation company to come over and give me a quote and they told me that, I really don't need to put insulation in this space, because it will not affect the rest of the house.
