"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I needed my gas dryer and washer installed. The gas adapter there was from an older house, so I needed a new adapter so my dryer to be installed. He came well prepared and was able to complete the job in good timing. He was professional and kind and he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call him back again if I need any repairs."

"The tech was amazing! So friendly, fixed my washing machine issue very quickly. I highly recommend this company to fix your washer or dryer."

"I pay a contract every year. Then the only thing I pay for is the furnace cleaning. They check the central air for free. If there is a problem with the furnace they will fix it at no cost for parts or labor."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"I contacted this provider by phone and email about 4x and finally had to ask Angie's List to intervene.  After that, they finally contacted me.  Apparently this is a small business without a lot of personnel and the co-owner indicated that there were phone problems/delays.  The co-owner and his assistant were polite and personable when they came to my house.
The ad did say that the service would include  a Whole House Electrical
Inspection as well as the circuit breaker labeling.  The receipt only said, "Job Done."  I wanted the receipt to reflect the work promised, as I am about the sell my house and wanted that for my records."
