He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. The service call was money well spent. Would definitely use this company again for any additional issues"

I was grateful and surprised to get serviced in such a short notice. Zachary handled my repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. He repaired 2 bathtubs and installed a water pressure valve in less than an hour and a half. Even provided a free water test that I knew I needed because I know have a hard water problem, which he confirmed along with options to remediate. "Really excellent installation of Daikin FIT heat pump with a gas backup furnace. This allows dual fuels, gas or electric. It's 15F right now and the heat pump is a bit slow bringing my rowhome up to temperature, but is working fine. It's good down to 0F, and Philly rarely gets below the 20's. Installers were great and highly experienced. No surprises! The job was the most carefully spec'ed I've ever encountered and they saved me money by not having to use my old flu which needed an expensive relining. Techs did careful, neat work, were highly experienced and courteous to deal with. Overall, I'm very happy and would use Unique again. They are not cheap, but the price was certainly fair given that it's essentially two heating systems and it's a high quality, high-efficiency system. "
