"We was great I had multiple little leaks he found them and repaired. It’s been 2 days no lost of water in the pool. He’s like a pool whisperer."

"They open and close our pool. They lap changed our liner. They are very nice and easy to work with."

"We are very happy with the outcome, it looks great. When they realized we had a mole problem, they took steps to correct it and tell us how to continue correcting, so we don't have any further issues with our pool liner."

"I called John. He came up the following day. Gave me a price. He showed up the day after that and went to work. My salt water pool was up and ready within two days. Then he built my deck in about a weeks time excellent work couldnâ t be happier."

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"Sunshine Pools is literally a family business. They brought along their puppy and since we are dog lovers ourselves, we didn't mind. But it would have been nice and a courtesy to ask beforehand if it was ok. Install took a bit longer than anticipated but that was due to needing some extra gas pipe.. They left the work site clean and took the old heater with them."

"SW pool & Spa, Shirl Rollins came out checked the equip. picked up the part and replaced it. She did a great job, would refer her to anyone that owns a pool."

"Great. Gentleman came replaced old faucet and installed a new one. Seamless."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"I have used Keil's Pools store previously only for parts which they have always had the part I needed in stock. Recently, I broke a pipe in my suction line to the pump. Other pool companies didn't want to touch the job but Keil's said they would take a look. Fred and another man came out with a can do attitude. They had everything they needed on their truck and completed the job in 30 minutes. Thank you!"
