Firstly, I was overcharged for the installation. Despite the high cost of 15k, I decided to proceed with the hope that I would receive a high-quality product and service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience."

Jorge and Giovanny were very efficient at identifying the problem and resolving the issue; the clog was not at the toilet level, but rather it ended up being a clogged pipe to the septic. They were both very amicable. I am keeping their card and will call them back for any problem in the future."
