"I wouldn't work with anyone else, they are easy to get a hold of, above average pool service."

"We had Everic Pool replaster our 19,500 gallon pool back in 2020. We were super happy with the quality of work and super impressed at how good of a job they did. We decided to contact them again in January 2024 to have our pool retiled. It’s a family owned business, which impressed us in the first place. We had contacted other pool contractors and Everic Pool beat all their prices. Thank you Everic Pool! ?‍♀️"

"Our well stopped pumping. We were without water. She answered our call quickly and diagnosed the problem correctly. We were back in service (and water) in a matter of an hour (which included a trip to get some needed supplies.)"

"At first it didn't go so well. The technician came out after Choice was closed and my claim was denied. I filed an appeal. I spoke to a case manager Ms. Green early Monday morning as well as my customer service rep Ms. D. Fragoso. Ms. Green answered all my questions and broke everything down to me so I can understand what happened and what was about to happen. The end result is Choice approved my claim and I got my a/c fixed the same day. Ms. Green and Ms. Fragoso were both professional, helpful, and patient. I am happy that I purchased my warranty from Choice Home Warranty. And I am extra happy that have employees like Ms. Green and Ms. Fragoso."

"Dug and repaired waterline over a weekend, and worked with water company to make sure service was turned back on quickly."

"I bought a house in Hearne, TX with a pool and it was green. I attempted to call several pool cleaners to help me with my problem. Pristine Pool Service was the ONLY company that would drive to my house. Others said I lived too far away. The gentleman was professional, on time, and helped educate us on pool care. He even told us that if we needed his help, he would come back again. Pristine Pool Service showed empathy toward our problem and was proactive in helping us find a solution. Thank you Pristine Pool Service. You are appreciated."

"Since multiple companies were involved I had to wait while each phase was completed. First removal of all furniture then drying of walls, then opening of cement, then plumber to replace pipes and close cement. Finally carpet replaced and furniture moved back. 3 month process. But insurance paid for it for my 40.00 dollars a month."
