"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Their appliance servicemen have very limited knowledge when it comes to GE Monogram or GE Advantium products.   They should know their deficiency before scheduling an appointment.

"Now that my gas range oven has a new ignitor installed by ProServ, it works better than it ever did. So glad we made the repair and they did an excellent job."

"Tony with old school repair was awesome he found the problem right away. Charged us hundreds less than the other companies would have charged me. Very pleased with his honesty and knowledge. I have already set old school repair with future work I need done."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Travis arrived within the scheduled window, performed competently and took the non-functional appliance that was replaced, saving me the need to dispose of it. I commend Horizon Appliance Repair to anyone and should the need arise I will make use of his services again."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"

Everything went very well.  He even went out of his way to open up my BBQ pits and spray the wasp nests that were in there. I didn't even know they were there. Excellent service. The price is 89.00 for 3 months of service. A 5 star rating in my book.
