"We had a great experience dealing with Jerezee Construction. We had an initial consultation with Ilan and his team, we’re very impressed by them( and their portfolio), and hired them to do a complete demolition and remodel of our master bathroom. Lacey was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we began the process of choosing cabinets, flooring, tiles, fixtures, plumbing,and hardware! David was our project manager and checked in daily to check the progress and give us updates on what would be happening each day. All of the cabinet installers,electricians, plumbers, painters/drywallers did excellent jobs. Special shout out to Frazer, who did all of the tile work,( there was a lot of it!), he did a beautiful job. Ilan and his brother have a great company, and my husband and myself are thrillled with our beautiful new bathroom! Thank you to Jerezee Construction!"

"Eric and his brother came by our property to give us an estimate on a paver driveway and we told them that we had six other people coming over for estimates and they said that’s great. Just let us know which way you’d like to go and that was it for the time so then we listened to the other estimates that other companies gave us and I called Eric back and told him to come by so we can discuss it further and I let him know that some other places were cheaper and some other places were more expensive but I just felt more comfortable with Eric and his brother and their knowledge of the projects. We set up a time to do the work which at this time I had added two more sections of the property to have work done and they showed up on the day that they said they would and the people that installed the pavers knew what they were doing and worked or tails off and they did a fantastic job and everything was leveled out perfect and the Yard looks great. I would recommend Rock and Block highly."

"I called Greenso construction for a quote after reading their great reviews. I needed to remodel two bathrooms. From start to finish this ended up being such a great experience. Not only were they very competitively priced they offered an all inclusive experience from electrical to cabinetry and counters, tile installers, plumbing, etc. It was exactly what I was looking for…. A one stop shop that did it all. The job started on time and finished two weeks later with zero issues. Everyone was so professional from the project manager Ron to the incredibly hard-working helpers Mattias and Roberto. The worker showed up every day right on time. "Coustom Outdoor living did an excellent job on my project. We had a good idea of what we wanted when we first started searching for contractors. Josh did a good job of helping us fine tune our design to achieve the best outcome. We shopped two other contractors and found that Custom Outdoor Living’s prices are competitive. And, after talking to and dealing with Josh a few times we felt very comfortable with him and this business. The work started on time and I watched much of the building process. The crew is very detail oriented making sure that everything is level, square and plumb. Everyday they cleaned up the job site before they left and all the workers were friendly and treated us with respect. The project finished on time and on budget. I don’t recall having any problems during the project. The finished product is excellent with significant attention to detail. I would definitely use them again and I’ll recommend them to my family and friends."

"Living Water was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. From talking to Rebecca (Office person) to make the appointment. The owner Mark coming out to discuss what we wanted in the backyard and how best to get it done. To all the people on the job every day being polite and knowledgeable in answering any questions we might have. The work we wanted was the concrete patio and sidewalk removed and pavers installed, we also wanted the old grill island removed and a new one built, we wanted a fire pit and both to use house gas. Next we wanted the pool deck resurfaced and a 6ft section of it replaced do to cracks. There was auguring of 2 holes 4in watering holes for each of the 4 sumacs. Last but not least all rock removed and new rock put back. After Mark took measurements we talked more about what we wanted and what things cost. Never once did we feel as if he was rushing our conversation. He fully answered all my questions and asked a few of his own. We were told it takes about a week to finish the estimate. 6 days later we got our line by line estimate. At which time we paid $1,000 to have Mark do a computer generation simulation of what our back yard would like. If you accept the bid this goes towards your bill. The work to be completed was removal 15 by 20ft section of concrete patio and attached side walk, removal of old grill island 12X10X4 (stucco and metal frame) , mostly dead grass, 15 to 20 tons of rock, grinding down of pool deck and full replacement of 6ft part of pool deck. Install work was; put in gas line from house to grill island and fire pit, install 20 tons of rock, install 15 plants, build grill island (grill, frig, two drawers and paper towel holder), install 10 lights and control box and install patio pavers from driveway to back of house creating the patio. People to mention; Christian who spent 10 days meticulously building this incredible island BBQ. He cut and laid every block with care. Ensuring each one was just right before cementing any in place. Yugo who had to come out three times to fix plants that weren’t doing well. I can’t say enough about the way we were treated every time we called with questions or concerns. The time everyone took to listen and if need be stop by to see what we were talking about. Thank you all so much for making our back yard this wonderful, peaceful and relaxing space."

"We used Fairless Homes to remodel our home over a two-year period. We started with removing the prefab tub and shower. The result was so nice it made everything else look shabby and dated. We followed with other major projects like the kitchen and all the flooring. We just finished the master bathroom. We removed a wall in order to make the shower larger and replaced the vanity with custom cabinetry and quartz countertops. A new wall was designed going into the bathroom with a pocket door for privacy. The result is a bright, clean and modern look that we are thrilled with.
