"The installation of the hot water heater was performed in March. 2013. It was an a-one job. He was fast, courteous and professional. There was never a single delay. He is a plumber that can be trusted. He shows up when he tells you, plus or minus 5 minutes. How many contractors can say that? I've logged many how's looking out the window for contractors to finally show. There's always a polite excuse. With Stevens you don't get excuses, you get the job done promptly.

I am currently remodeling a bathroom and kitchen. Of course there is plumbing work in progress. I lost my hot water for about 2 days. I immediately thought the hot water heater installed in March 2013 was defective. Within 2 hours of my call Stevens was there checking it out. He assured me the hot water heater was fine.

Sure enough he was absolutely right. The contractors doing work on my house caused the problem. Stevens could not have been more professional. He didn't charge for his visit.

I made one mistake with my present contractors. I didn't hire Stevens Plumbing to do the work.

He is a rare find in that contracting jungle out there. I had that feeling the first time he worked for us. A year later he drove the point home. He's a sure bet for quality. He earned every nickel you pay him. He gets my highest recommendation. He has earned this sterling review.

"I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"
