He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine.
