"I hired them for fan motor replacement. Nice people, great work. They are good at what they're doing. Fast response. Due to covid, I tried to limit ppl come to our house just for quotation. So I took pictures amd sent to three companies, Sam can quickly identity what model I used, other companies insisted I provide the model number or come to our house for free quote. To be fair, eventually another company also able to do the job, but I already agreed to Sam just 2 mins before he called me. And Sam sent his crew within 2 hours ! Amazing service! Highly recommend."

I had called because our A/C wasn't working and they were able to schedule a technician to come service the unit the next day. "My old central air system died after 21 years. I got several quotes. My quote from Pipe Works was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive either. But the quality of the service was impeccable! Perry Mandarakas is one of their engineers/sales people. He measured everything about my old system and then explained in detail how he was designing the new system why he did it that way. He went over what would stay, what would be replaced and why. It all made sense. And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring! Installation was fast and perfect. Very responsive customer service and quality technicians. I highly recommend them."

"they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."
