Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."
