I called on a Friday night and he was at my house on Saturday morning, at the beginning of the 9-11 AM window he gave me (even though I live in Sugar Land and he was coming from Spring). He fixed my door for a reasonable price (as well as protecting my other door from allowing this to happen) and did not try to sell me something I didn't need.
