They offered great advice/opinions on the landscape layout all while listening to our needs. I am “needy”, picky, and quite difficult to work as I change my mind with the wind, and still I felt like I was their priority throughout our entire project and was met with patience. I had an unsightly city yard and they turned it into an urban oasis (patio/sod/plants/landscaping). Even after my project he’s (the owner) checked in to make sure everything was/is going great! His quote was significantly lower than what I got from another very active deck building company in the area. He stayed on top of communicating with me about the schedule (weather is always a factor in his line of work, so adjustments had to be made). His crew of Amish built our great deck in about 3 days: these guys are very skilled, hard-working and considerate. Any questions or observations where promptly answered and addressed. "Jim Soose was extremely professional and patient in explaining to me what it really took to get the job (hardwood flooring in foyer, kitchen and dining room; ceramic tiles in powder room), and gave me very accurate estimates. The job itself was conducted in a very painstaking and thorough manner, and Jim pays attention to the smallest details. Also, Jim made sure that there was minimal inconvenience to us despite all the construction activities going on. The job site was also cleaned up properly towards the end of the day (This was very important to me, given that i have two small children). I was very highly recommend him."
