"My Service Tech was on time and very professional. He submitted a quote and for the repair I needed was the best price. An earlier company quoted that the job required 2.5 hours and Precision quoted 30 minutes and could do the job right now. Other company couldnâ t schedule until a later date. "Steve with overhead door called me 10 minutes after I signed up. The next day he came to my house to try and get my car out of the garage as my garage door was damaged by Hurricane Ida. He was so professional and succeeded in doing temporary repairs to the door, but the best is that I was able to get my car out, so now I have wheels. I recommend him to a friend whose door was damaged in the storm. Steve is very conscientious and professional. I’m so glad he called me first. Because I really trust him and I’m looking forward to working with him when he comes to install my new door."

"Had backed into my garage door, making a dent in couple of panels. Others thought they were made of wood and not repairable. Kevin identified the panels as sheet metal and was able to bend in the part of the water mark that was binding, straightened out the track, and got the door back to working condition, and then did a tune up as well. I was impressed."

"Let me just tell you this. I thought about these garage door openers at about 1:00 PM on a Friday. I got on line, put the information in, and before I was off of the computer, my phone rang. Tyrone and i talked for a couple of minutes. He went to my home and installed both garage door openers. He was finished installing both by 5:30 PM. One of the easiest things that i ever had done.
