"Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. Anthony would also explain what steps he was taking and any hiccups he faced. All done in a respectful way. I prefer to know what’s happening without hovering over him, and he did exactly that. Now, there was only one negative… after a heavy rain storm, the dirt in the holes for the piping packed in, causing major dips and caverns in the ground. Luckily, I’m capable to fill in the dirt where it lacked. Being a single female, I felt comfortable, respected and not taken advantage of. Highly recommend! Great company! "We live in an older house in West Tampa. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree. I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing."

"I found a rust stain on the floor of a storage closet. There is an old pipe under a shelf and I discovered that it was damp and had a very slow leak. I called Olin and the next day Doug arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced part of the old rusty pipe with pvc. He waited for about twenty minutes and checked it to be sure that it was okay. It was still leaking, so he redid it and waited again to check for leaks. This time it was not leaking. I appreciated that he took the time to be sure it fixed before he left. Doug did a great job and I would recommend him. Also, he applied an Angie’s list coupon to my bill."

"Excellent , Eddie came in and talked with my contractors . They explained where the gas line needed to be moved why and he knew how !! It was done quickly and professionally . I have had Eddie work on numerous gas appliances at my home over at least the last 4-5 years . He's repaired pool heater , gas cooktop , removed and installed new gas fireplace logs , installed new gas water heater. Always comes as soon as he can , as he works entirely by himself and is as quick and efficient . I can't ask for any more of him . I will continue to use him whenever a gas need arises . <br />"
