"Joe was great. He showed up on time when promised. He cleaned up at the end of his day every day of a three day job. He installed a light fixture for us when it was not part of the original job ( for a very reasonable charge ). There were a couple of spots that could have been sanded better. But all in all he did a great job and would definitely hire him again."

The owner Nick came on time and recommended a new type of coating by Penntek far more durable and attractive than your typical epoxy. "Sunyay representative, Fabricio, reviewed the work to be done, a massive hole in the ceiling, with debris falling or hanging precariously. In order to avoid mold, work could not start until the ceiling area and walls had dried. Once he started, his work was great. The process took a long time, because of drying, but the end product was worth it, and he somehow matched the paint already on the walls. You would never know there had been a disaster in the bedroom. Fabricio is also rare (in a good way) because he gets back to you when you call him. He is reliable and professional. I would use him again, but I hope I don't have to!"
