"The service was prompt and the repairs were made without any issues. I am not sure why there was a need to pay in cash, but the work performed was done quickly and efficiently. Since this was a repair to previous problematic shades (done by another company), the owner guaranteed three years of warrantee on the service."

"Excellent!  Provider was very professional, responsive and provided excellent service.  Kristine was very prompt to respond to my initial request and very flexible with timing of consults and installation.  Steve did an excellent job measuring - fitting shutters in a 1925 house can be a challenge but everything fits and looks great.  They provided great advice on choices and colors.  Installation was easy - clean and efficient.  As a new person to Larchmont, I also found Kristine to be very helpful with advice and suggestions beyond window treatments.  Overall, top notch provider - would recommend without hesitation.

"O and O is very reliable, not very common in construction business. They made the appointment, showed up on time. On the day the job started they showed up 15 minutes early. The price was excellent and the quality of work was better. I would highly recommend!!!"
