"It went well. The job was done by Nick's grandson, Joseph and a helper. My house is about 75 years old and the ceramic tiles in the bathroom are original to the house. The tiles around the tub were loose and their were gaps in the grout. They replaced loose tiles and the soap dish with handle above the tub and re-grouted the walls above the tub. They cleaned up well. It now looks like new."

"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. "Chris and Gus got the kitchen done in a day and a half. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The new tiles look great and are well installed. While they were doing the kitchen job, I showed them my marble tiled bathroom cabin to see if they could do something to fix/clean the mold that seemed to be under the grout and silicone and therefore impossible to clean. They offered a few suggestions before we decided on how to approach and I am very happy with how white my bathroom floor and walls look. I clean on a weekly basis so I’m hoping it never happens again. Would recommend and hire them again for other jobs."
