"I’m incredibly impressed with Jaco Waterproofing. I had a number of structural maintenance issues I needed addressed after a home buying inspection revealed some problem areas. "Job first done on 3/13/12. Concrete was brought up about 4and quot; to level with original position. Workers were a little sloppy and messy, but it is a very messy job. They did an outstanding job of matching the hole plugs to the walkway concrete. You could not tell where the repair was done. Nine months later (today) they returned becuase the step had sunk about 1/2and quot;. This was covered by the three year warranty. Job was done well and hopefully won't sink any further.
