"They did an ok job. They were vague on when to expect their initial appointment and could not finish opening the pool due to missing parts. They sold us the missing parts and some chemicals which were on top of the cost of opening the pool. We had a follow up appointment to help finish opening it, and to do “pool school.” The pool school was limited in what it covered but comprehensive enough to teach us the equipment. we have had to follow up with more questions. Brummett has been difficult to get a follow up appointment with leaving us with the sense that the 2-3 people working there are overloaded with customers. At this time we still have a cloudy pool and are figuring out how to work it with Backyard Staycations."
