"Tim R. performed repairs quickly, expertly, and at a fair price. We've used Jack Woods Plumbing several times in the past, and were equally as happy this time, just as all the times before. We'll continue to use/recommend Jack Woods."

"Fnu did an excellent job installing my water heater replacement and exchanger. He was prompt, courteous, focused and protected my floor from water leaking from the old unit. Everything was clean and he explained the process as he was doing the installation."

"We called Mr. Rooter to look at our water heater which had some corroded connections and small leaks. Dan from Mr. Rooter was very professional. He clearly went over the options and pricing for replacing the valves vs a new hot water tank vs a tankless system. There was zero pressure from the technician, he simply went over the pros and cons of each option and let us decide, and then quickly went about installing the new system. I couldn’t be happier."

"Dan arrived on time, finished the work quickly and neatly. He also went above and beyond by helping my installation of a new tub shoe, which he did not have to do. The prices were as quoted and reasonable. He also gave recommendations on possible future replacements/repairs that may be coming."

"We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Logan recently. I cannot say we have ever had a better experience, start to finish. From the office staff, to Jeff M. our technician, and the installers, Shane D. and Daniel C.. they were top notch. After extensive research, we knew we wanted a Trane system. After our first quote, we were very impressed by and ready to go with the first company we talked to, but we wanted to do our due diligence and get more quotes. We couldn't imagine changing our minds until Jeff M. came to our house. He blew the other company out of the water in every way! By the end of the purchasing process we felt complete assurance that we were getting the best system for our needs, and from the best company. Shane and Daniel explained the installation process and the thermostat as they went. They were obviously experts at their trade and couldn't have been nicer. I am at a loss to find anything they could have improved upon. Logan has won many consumer and trade awards, and after working with them it is obvious why. I think this is simply the best HVAC company and they attract the best people to employ. I can't recommend them enough."

"Fish was great! We have been experiencing high water bills and have been unable to diagnose the source of the leak. Fish chased down all causes even crawling through our crawl space! He was through, explained things multiple times to both my wife and myself. He was a professional throughout. I highly recommend!"

"We purchased a late 1930?s home in Clintonville in late December, 2011. One of the recommendations of the home inspector that we hired was that we switch out the old Federal Pacific electric panel in the basement. Matt Wehrle was recommended by a friend-of-a-friend who was very impressed with the work that he had done for her in her Clintonville home. When I had heard that he was a local family man, we were immediately interested because we like to hire local folks who have homes of their own in the area and who also have families to feed.
I called Matt on Tuesday (9/17) and arranged to meet him at my house the next day (Wednesday). I was immediately impressed with his background, professionalism, and particularly his knowledge as he informed that the Federal Pacific electric panels were known notoriously to be fire hazards! (House inspector never mentioned that part!) His estimate was pretty much in line with the other estimates I had been given prior to our meeting so, all things considered, I hired him on the spot. When I asked him how soon he could start, I was surprised when he said ?how?s Monday morning sound??.say 8:30?9:00?? ?.and so the date was set!
They (Matt and his co-worker, Craig) arrived a head of time and got started promptly, just as soon as they walked in the door. I left a few times to go out and run some errands and when I returned, they were working just as consistently as when I had left them. They were both extremely polite and courteous and I rather enjoyed their company. Being somewhat of a geek myself, I asked numerous questions about what they were doing and how they were doing it?and they were both quite willing to take the time to explain. I was particularly interested in Craig?s profound knowledge of the history of electrical wiring; how it used to be in early years versus how it?s done today. On separate occasions, I took them each through the house to discuss other projects for which I would need the benefit of their expertise.
Both gentlemen were a delight and the job they did was quite spectacular. They upgraded me to a 200 AMP service panel, installed a new metering system outside, and installed a whole-house surge protector?.all in about 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.
It?s hard to find folks (you trust) who are willing to work hard to produce a GOOD PRODUCT. We can now scratch one more task off of our very long list!
I was very impressed with Matt Wehrle Electric and I will certainly use them again for future projects. I now have Matt?s number on my speed dial. J
