"I have used By All Means And More many, many times and Chris Means and his workers continue to provide the same excellent level of service as always. Chris is very courteous and responsive in giving estimates and scheduling appointments. Most recently Paul came out with Josh to fix the plumbing problems and they were both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They changed shoes so my floors stayed clean, and they cleaned up the work areas thoroughly, even though I said I could do it. Chris's guys almost always get things right the first time, as in this instance. However, on the rare occasion when a problem cropped up, they came back and fixed it, no questions asked and no bill submitted. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and no, I am not Chris's mother! Just a very satisfied customer."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
