They changed shoes so my floors stayed clean, and they cleaned up the work areas thoroughly, even though I said I could do it. Chris's guys almost always get things right the first time, as in this instance. However, on the rare occasion when a problem cropped up, they came back and fixed it, no questions asked and no bill submitted. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and no, I am not Chris's mother! Just a very satisfied customer."
